 Welcome to Yoga Minis! Each video below is around a different theme or body part. Videos range from 10-25 minutes. Check back regularly for new content!

Good Morning Yoga, below, is a practice you can do before even getting out of the bed in the morning. It is 10 minutes long and no extra equipment is needed.

Yoga for Running, Biking, and Walking, below, is the perfect yoga sequence for hamstrings, hips, and low back. At 25 minutes long, no extra equipment is needed.

Yoga for Neck and Shoulders, below, is for those of us who might work at a computer all day or who carry the world on our shoulders. It’s 23 minutes long, and needs something like a strap, belt, or housecoat tie.


Yoga for Gardening, below, is 15 minutes long, and takes you through some floor-based asana good for opening the backs of the legs and relieving the back, shoulder, and wrists. Because we do yoga while life is going on, a doorbell rings near the end!
