Private lessons are for any person or group who would like to develop a simple yoga practice at home, cannot fit regular classes into their schedule, are on a retreat, or would like to explore the link between yoga and creativity more deeply. Like regular classes, the focus is on the breath and the inner experience.
Lessons can be held in studio, at your location (for groups), or online for those who live outside the Kingston area. A commitment of at least three lessons for individuals is needed to deepen the practice and help success in forming a consistent practice.
