Classes
All of our classes are breath-centred, are based in the teachings of yoga, and focus on stability and ease for every body. Classes guide the student towards an awareness of the inner experience by weaving in mindfulness, meditation, and opportunities to reflect on the resonance of the world. See below for specific class descriptions, times, and to register. One spot per class in available on a sliding scale to students who cannot offer the full course fees. Somatic Strength
Wed: 9:15-10:15a
Wednesday Gentle Yoga/Somatic Strength (online): 9:15-10:15 am. This class will be online. Reminder this class is *gentle* and yet builds strength. Classes run from January 10-April 17 with no class January 24, February 7 or March 12. $339, including HST.
