All of our classes are breath-centred, are based in the teachings of yoga, and focus on stability and ease for every body. Classes guide the student towards an awareness of the inner experience by weaving in mindfulness, meditation, and opportunities to reflect on the resonance of the world. See below for specific class descriptions, times, and to register. One spot per class in available on a sliding scale to students who cannot offer the full course fees. Yoga & Meditation
This candle-lit class focuses on mindful, breath-centred yoga poses followed by a simple, varied meditation practice. $280 + HST = 316.40. Email to register. No class Thanksgiving Monday.
This is a class designed for those who would benefit from a quiet, simple class and those who might have perpetual pain or limited mobility. $270 + HST = $305.10. Email to register.
This class is for all students who would like to develop or already have a solid foundation in stability and breath-centred yoga. This class will run on demand this year given interest.
